The Well is a book-club-inspired discipleship community for women who are tired of striving and ready to embrace a slower, more grounded life with God.
Modern life is shaping us with it’s constant noise and endless information.
Pressure to optimize.
Technology overload.
Emotional exhaustion.
Shallow distraction.
Chronic anxiety.
A life that moves too fast to actually notice God. A life that moves to fast to actually grow. A life that moves too fast to actually enjoy it.
The Well exists to push back against all of it.
Through thoughtful Christian books, honest conversations, biblical truth, and intentional practices, we help women cultivate a slower, wiser, more grounded way of living.
A life with:
less striving and more presence
less technology and more attentiveness
less overwhelm and more peace
less performance and more depth
less anxiety and more beauty
less self-obsession and more awareness of God
The Well, in pace and themes, is intentionally designed to ground you rather that create overwhelming feelings. No pressure to perform, keep up, or constantly consume.
Just consistent, simple, authentic rhythm and connecting with other women over themes like:
Rest and resistance to hustle culture
Emotional maturity and honesty with God and self
Beauty, delight, and presence
Technology, distraction, and attention
Suffering well, peace, and faithful endurance
Embodiment and slowing down
Wisdom over information
Creating sustainable rhythms of life with God
Joy, hope, and wholehearted living
What it means to truly flourish in truth

Summer Schedule
Course Suite
Members of The Well get access to Rebekah’s entire suite of courses, an immense value and treasure trove of teaching to dive into as you wish.
You are invited to begin a new chapter, a life of clarity, freedom, truth, and purpose. You weren’t meant to carry lies about yourself, God or your story. You were meant to walk in the truth of your identity and calling.
You weren’t meant for fear, panic, or always feeling on edge. You were meant for freedom, peace and wholeness in Christ. In this course women learn how to get out of fight-or-flight mode holistically - by dealing with thoughts, lifestyle, emotions and other things that cause and keep us flooded with cortisol and feeling anxious all the time.
Without intentional effort, most people simply learn to handle emotions the way it was modeled to them by their primary caregivers, usually mom and dad. And often, even with good intentions, those emotional patterns weren’t the healthiest. If you’re ready to become emotionally healthy, self-aware, and emotionally mature, this course is for you.
The Abundant Life Lab was created by Rebekah after coaching women for over 8 years and noticing 6 major themes in almost all her clients. This transformational course brings together the truth + tools she uses most often with her private coaching clients for you to work through at your own pace.
You were created for more than watching from the sidelines. You were created to lead, guide, mentor, and impact. Let’s transform your insights into influence, your experience into empowerment for others, and your faith into a legacy of mentoring. This Professional Mentor Training will help you feel more qualified to do what God is calling you to do!
Community Values
-
We root ourselves in Scripture, not noise. We seek truth that forms us, not information that overwhelms us. We believe the Bible is God’s inerrant Word to the World, His Church and us personally.
-
We seek to receive from God and offer to others Biblical grace that never runs dry.
-
We value rest, prayer, Sabbath, limits, and embodied habits that keep us whole, grounded, and connected to God.
-
We value God’s work in every season: waiting, wilderness, joy, pruning, and renewal, trusting that nothing is wasted in His hands.
-
We value honest and fun friendship where women can be known, supported, and formed in Christ. We do not believe that loneliness should anyone experience for very long.
-
We value evangelism and being prepared to give an answer for the hope that we have, as nothing matters more then bringing the Gospel message to a person in need of a Savior.
Membership Guidelines
-
We honor one another’s dignity. Gossip of any kind in not permited. This includes venting about others, sharing private information without consent, spiritualized criticism, or speculation.
-
This is not the space for graphic or emotionally overwhelming trauma details. Share truthfully, even tearfully when needed. But detailed descriptions of abuse or traumatic events belongs with a licensed counselor, therapist, or in a group intentionally prepared for heavier content.
-
The Well is rooted in historic, orthodox Christian belief. Our theology is established by Scripture, which we hold as complete and without error. Theology is not open for debate, persuasion, or redefinition. We are a community of unity, not division.
Not permitted:
• Debating or promoting progressive theologyPermitted:
• Genuine questions seeking biblical clarity
• Honest growth, exploration, and not yet knowing what Scripture teaches
• Differing beliefs on non-salvation issues -
We move toward learning, not argument. Chronically questioning, correcting, nitpicking, or positioning oneself as “the voice of truth” creates division and will be addressed.
Also, while we deeply value emotional honesty, but we do not center conversations around attention-seeking, victim postures. Repeatedly rejecting counsel, or seeking constant reassurance will not be a good fit here here.
-
During live sessions, participate with attentiveness and respect. Do not interrupt or dominate the call. If you are not in a private, quiet space, please keep your video and microphone muted to prevent distraction.
-
We want authentic friendships to form. Listen, encourage, and pray for one another but do not privately atempt counsel or coach fellow members. Mentorship may develop organically with mutual interest.
-
The Well is a spiritual growth and friendship community. It is not therapy or medical care. Please seek licensed professional help when appropriate.
-
